It was unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the minutes of the meeting held on 29th May 2019

a) Murphy – Tritton Knoll – sent to Councillors & put on the notice board
Advice that traffic will be travelling through the village, Cllr Davie will investigate the reasons for this
7. Report from LCC & ELDC Councillors
LCC Cllr Davie reported that LCC Children’s services had been graded outstanding
He also reported on the Local Plan, and the future of LCC

It was unanimously that Orby Parish Council whish’s to be consulted on all applications within the parish and bordering the parish. They require paper copies of all plans. It was also agreed that due consultation times should be increased to 30 days. – Clerk will advise ELDC accordingly

Cllr Walton gave an overview on the recent incident.

The Parish now have 500 sandbags
The emergency contacts within the village were not contacted – the clerk will find out why
It was agreed to set up a separate meeting to discuss the plan – clerk will advise every one of the date
