The Chairman welcomed everyone present

3. Election of Chairman
Cllr Inkley proposed & Cllr Walton proposed Cllr Davie, who accepted the post of Chairman
4. Election of Vice Chairman
Cllr Ms Spence proposed & Cllr Davie proposed Cllr Walton, who accepted the post of Vice Chairman

None
It was then unanimously agreed that a short Public Participation session should be held
6. Notes of the meeting held on Wednesday 27th March 2019 to be approved as Minutes
It was unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed

The Clerk was instructed to advertise the Councillor vacancies

ELDC – not present – the Clerk had tried to contact the new Councillor, but his e mail address was not available
