4. Meeting minutes to be approved
It was unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the minutes of the meeting held on 25th September 2019
5.Clerk Report
a) Emergency Plan suggested dates 16th or 29th January 2020
It was agreed that the meeting should go ahead on the 29th January 2020, Cllr Walton & Cllr Ms Spence will run the meeting
b) Distribution of Charity Monies
Cards and monies will be distributed by Cllr Davie

Vision for Lincolnshire meeting, Trade mission in China, Spending increase for Roads. The next full LCC Council meeting will be held on 11th December
