Cllr Inkley this absence was formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence

4. Meeting minutes to be approved
It was unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the minutes of the meeting held on 28th November 2018
5. Clerk Report
a) Contact details of 2 Councillors sent to the Emergency Planning & Continuity Officer, confirmed as Cllr Mrs Spence & Cllr Walton.
Cllr Mrs Spence has been investigating the setting up of an emergency plan. It was unanimously agreed that Steve Harris the Emergency Planning & Continuity Officer should be invited to a meeting to make a presentation
6. Correspondence Received
a) LCC Planning services – Minerals & Waste
b) LCC Training schedule & Charges – sent to Councillors before the meeting
Cllr Mrs Spence wishes to attend the New Councillor training on the 9th July
It was unanimously agreed that the Parish will join the LALC Training Scheme for the year at a cost of £75.00

LCC – Cllr Davie advised that the budget consultation is now available on line
ELDC – Not Present

It was unanimously agreed that these payments should be made

It was noted that the application form had not been fully completed, and that ELDC should be advised accordingly

The Parish Council believe this application to be a stalking horse application for a further development. If it is solely for a bio tech toilet for use of the fishermen - No observations
