1. Chairman’s Comments
Cllr Davie reported on the following, maintenance budget for minor and unclassified roads, Support for businesses, and the LCC green masterplan

Cllr Ms Taylor, this apology was unanimously accepted.

4. Meeting minutes to be approved
It was unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the minutes of the meeting held on 25th November 2020
5. Correspondence received
a) Letter from a resident concerning footpath 378 – sent to Councillors before the meeting
It was agreed that the Clerk will check the footpath maps and advise Councillors accordingly
b) Letter from the Dog Control Officer ELDC

c) Letter from Lives – sent to Councillors before the meeting – to discuss
Cllr Walton declared an interest
It was proposed by Cllr Davie, seconded by Cllr Mrs Spence, and agreed by Cllr Inkley that the Council would prefer to see donations go to local Charities
