8. Social Media/ Facebook -Cllrs Ms Chatterton-Crane & Mrs Rose

To report on the training received and discuss the use of Facebook by the Parish Council.

Most of the Village use Facebook, and it was felt that having a Parish Council Facebook page would be a good way of communicating with the Village.  The Page would be used for general information, and would not replace the website, as it is a legal requirement to use the website for Parish Council business. Proposed by Cllr Davie, seconded by Cllr Walton that unanimously agreed that arrangements should be made to set up a page.

The first step is to write a Facebook & Social Media Policy, for adoption.

Cllr Mrs Rose will carry out this procedure.

9. To discuss the updating of the Parish Council’s Policies & procedures – Cllr Ms Chatterton-Crane
