MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL MEETING

3 Election of Chairman and Declaration of Acceptance of Office to
be signed
Cllr Davie was proposed by Cllr Walton, seconded by Cllr Mrs Spence, and unanimously agreed. Cllr Davie accepted the post
4 Election of Vice Chairman and Declaration of Acceptance
of Office to be signed
Cllr Walton was proposed by Cllr Davie, seconded by Cllr Inkley, and unanimously agreed. Cllr Walton accepted the post
5 Annual Governance & Accountability Return – sent to
Councillors before the meeting
There were no questions
(i) To Sign the Certificate of exemption
It was proposed by Cllr Walton, seconded by Cllr Mrs Spence, and unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the certificate
(ii) To complete & sign the Annual Governance Statement
(iii) To complete & sign the Accounting statements
It was unanimously agreed that the Governance and Accounting statements should be signed
6 Next Meeting
Providing the Council can meet at the Village Hall to face
28th July.
Otherwise, the Council will continue to operate under the
Coronavirus resolutions
