MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF ORBY PARISH COUNCIL

HELD AT 7 PM ON WEDNESDAY 31st MARCH 2021 BY WAY OF A VIRTUAL ZOOM MEETING

Cllr Davie welcomed Cllr Mrs Chatterton Crane who had signed her Acceptance of office in front of the Clerk

 

 Public Participation Session

1.Chairman’s comments

   Cllr Davie welcomed everyone to the meeting and pointed out that in accordance with government legislation Zoom meetings will cease very soon.

   Cllr Davie also advised the meeting that we are now in perda, due to the elections soon to take place.

   He also advised that Lincolnshire County Council Highways are dealing with a new Transport plan for Lincolnshire, and this includes the coastal area.  The Parish Council is clear in its support for a relief road for Orby

Cllr Walton & Cllr Mrs Spence declared an interest in planning application/134/00364/21   

4.  Notes of the meeting held on Wednesday 3rd February 2021 to be approved as Minutes

It was unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed.

5. Clerks Report

a) Further information required for the Dog Warden; Cllr Mrs Chatterton-Crane agreed to send the Clerk further information
