1. Chairman’s Comments
The Chairman welcomed everyone present

Cllr Inkley this absence was formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence

4. Meeting minutes to be approved
It was unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the minutes of the meeting held on 27th November 2019

6. Correspondence Received
a) LALC – Buckingham Palace Garden Party – sent to Councillors – no response received - Noted
b) LCC Traffic Restriction Orby Bank – put on notice board - Noted
c) Ingoldmells Parish Council – Parish Council filing cabinet
Ingoldmells Parish Council would like the Parish Council to remove their filing cabinet, the Clerk will empty the cabinet, and then Cllr Davie will arrange its removal
